Responsibilities
  • Learn and understand product knowledge
  • Provide appropriate information and knowledge regarding product and beauty
  • Responsible for every comments and questions on TikTok, IG, and WhatsApp official accounts within the determined time range and target
  • Ensure all comments or questions are replied
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge in beauty is required (skincare/makeup)
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred (fresh graduates with good knowledge of beauty trends are welcome to apply)
  • Keep up with social media trends
  • Great communication skills and eagerness to learn
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is preferred
  • Willing to work on the weekends/public holidays
