About the role

Heyvisa is growing fast and we are looking for a Customer Service who loves helping people travel with ease. You will chat with customers through WhatsApp and Instagram DM, answer questions, share information, and help them take the next step in their visa journey.

If you enjoy solving problems, love travel, and have experience (or deep curiosity) in visa application procedures, this role is for you. You will also play a key role in driving sales through engaging conversations, helping potential customers turn their interest into actual bookings.

What You’ll Do
  • Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram DM, and email in a friendly and professional tone
  • Engage customers in meaningful conversation that builds trust and helps close sales
  • Provide accurate information about visa requirements, pricing, and available packages
  • Proactively follow up with potential customers and encourage them to complete their booking
  • Manage multiple chats while maintaining quick and consistent response times
  • Record customer information and interactions in our CRM system
  • Coordinate with the Visa and Operations teams for follow-ups and escalations
  • Identify common customer questions and suggest improvements for templates or content
What We Are Looking For
  • 1-2 years experience in customer service, call center, or social media admin roles
  • Experience or interest in sales, upselling, or conversion-based communication
  • Friendly, persuasive, and confident in chatting with potential customers
  • Able to communicate clearly in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Strong multitasking skills and good typing speed
  • Basic understanding or interest in visa and travel processes
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable working independently
