About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in Batam. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing
  • Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone and email
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on our products and services
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining comprehensive records
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and collaborating with the team to enhance the customer experience
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably within the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, empathise, and provide effective solutions
