Job summary

A leading food distribution company in Indonesia seeks a customer service representative to handle orders and inquiries with a high level of service. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English. This role involves processing orders, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating with procurement. A shifting schedule is required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to speak and write in English.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Willing to work on a shifting basis.

  • Receives orders/inquiries via phone in a high service quality level.
  • Records all the orders received via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Processes all the orders with utmost accuracy and clarity.
  • Effectively communicates with customers on order details.
  • Builds customers' interest in the products offered.
  • Deals effectively with angry callers and disappointed customers.
  • Maintains and coordinates with procurement for system updates.

Responsibilities
  • Receives orders/ inquiries via phone in a high service quality level.
  • Records all the orders received via phone, WhatsApp and email.
  • Processes all the orders with utmost accuracy and clarity.
  • effectively communicates with the customer on orders received, schedules, pricing, product availability, product delivery, sample requests/requirements, and order confirmations.
  • Building customer’s interest in the products offered by CFF.
  • Effectively deals with angry callers, and disappointed customers.
  • Maintain and coordinate with procurement for system updates, products, suppliers, pricing.
Qualifications
  • Min 2 years of experience in a similar area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to priorities tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to speak and write in English to handle particular customers
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Wiling to work on shifty basis
