Responsibilities
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, or social media
  • Identifying customer needs and recommend suitable services.
  • Staying updated on products, features, and system updates
  • Coordinating with the team to resolve complex issues
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma or equivalent
  • Work experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role for at least 2 years
  • Proficient typing skills and computer literacy
  • Strong communication skills, both within the team and externally
  • Experience or knowledge in the crypto industry would be a valuable advantage
  • Able to work in a WFO (Work From Office) system in Kapas Krampung, Surabaya
Shift Schedule

Able to work on following shift schedule:
Monday, Friday & Sunday: 12:00 - 20:00, Tuesday & Thursday: 16:00 - 00:00, Saturday: 18:00 - 00:00, Wednesday: OFF.

NOTE: Friday-SundayWFH
