Job summary

A leading technology company in Indonesia is looking for a program manager to support sales efforts and ensure excellent service to customers. The role requires a bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration and at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting. Key responsibilities include order processing, customer updates, and analysis of product margins. Strong English communication skills are essential, while Mandarin is an added advantage.

Job description

Support Sales, Program manager to ensure excellent service to customers.

Day-day order processing, to verify the PO pricing versus the quote price, MOQ and shipment term.

Day-day order tracking, to confirm the material availability, production capacity and delivery schedule.

Expediting urgent demands on material and production to satisfy customer’ requirement.

Regular meeting with planners and update customers for the status on accounts.

Participation needed to require meeting with PM/Sales/Customers.

Prepare the documents and report for customers.

Analysis on Negative margin products and report the finding as well as the solution.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Bachelor's degreein marketing, business administration, or business related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.

At least 3 years of experience in the Manufacturing Company

Able to speak, read and type in English (Mandarin is a plus!)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and team members

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track performance metrics and manage customer relationships.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and profitability

Able to work well under pressure and handle emergency and stressful situations
