Manage customs clearance operations and supervise daily activities.
Conduct comprehensive operational checks including PI, PEB, billing, HS code, document verification, and liaise with customs.
Make decisions during incidents and coordinate effectively with customers, customs authorities, and internal departments.
Develop staff, implement operational improvements, and manage work quality and lead times.
Follow up on cases through collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Warehouse teams.
Ensure compliance and manage risks related to customs regulations and legal amendments.
