About the role

Full‑time position based in Surakarta, Central Java, providing live chat support in English to customers in the North American market (Canada and the United States).

As an English Live Chat agent, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer service to build strong relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely support to customers through available communication channels (email and chat)
  • Identify and elevate priority issues through proper channels
  • Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues by providing scripted guidance regarding basic customer inquiries
  • Meet all key performance indicators set by the company and client
  • Work with other team members in identifying better ways to provide better customer support
Qualifications
  • Minimum D3 or bachelor’s degree from all majors
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English (will be tested during the recruitment process)
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and demonstrated multi‑task capabilities
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
