Job Description:
  • Handle customer inquiries, ensure timely deliveries & understand customer expectation
  • Communicate, Oversee the activities of bookings from customer or networks.
  • Coordinate with local agent/ overseas related to export, import and forwarding activities.
  • Responsible for preparing & checking documents and reports on export-import activities to customers.
  • Establish and maintain relationship with customers
  • Timely updates on shipment status, delays, or changes in delivery schedules to customers
  • Resolves service problems by clarifying the customers complaint determining the cause of problem, selecting export and import services and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure solution.
  • Ensure and monitor for the file closing after job done.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Strong communication skills, Excellent oral, written and presentation skills in English
  • Negotiation, Diplomacy & Excellent team working skills
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Goal oriented, motivated self-starter with excellent organization skills and ability to multi tasks
