Job summary

A children's recreational service provider in Jakarta seeks a Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, handling transactions, and maintaining positive interactions. Ideal candidates will have a Diploma and experience in customer service, with a passion for working with children and good English skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Tourism, Business Administration or related field.

  • Serving customer inquiries and reservations regarding Buumi services (playground, classes, events, etc.) through the website, chat applications (WhatsApp), and walk-ins (on the spot).
  • Explaining Buumi service regulations and terms to recommend services that suit the needs of customers (children and companions).
  • Handling customer transactions through the use of POS machines and payments (EDC, e-wallets, etc.).
  • Managing administration and reports related to reservations, customers, sales, inventory, orders, etc.
  • Building positive interactions with customers and business partners.
  • Tidying up and cleaning the outlet.
Qualification
