As a Customer Service, you will play a key role in managing mystery shoppers for our global market research company client. This isn’t your typical call center role, you’ll be responsible for recruiting mystery shoppers, collecting and labelling survey data (quality check), and ensuring smooth operations via phone and email. If you love interacting with people and keeping things organized, this role is perfect for you!

  • Quality check online reports & surveys according to set service standards
  • Contact registered shoppers / auditors in the Americas / Europe region to allocate evaluations & surveys
  • Respond to shopper / auditor email enquiries
  • Assist in recruiting new shoppers / auditors in Americas / Europe region to boost database
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree any field
  • Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
  • Good command of the English language (must)
  • Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work in shift
