• Handle customer inquiries by chats.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Document all information according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service.

Responsibility

• Answering incoming chats and responding to email
• Handle customer inquiries by chats
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Identify and Escalate priority issues
• Document all information according to Standard Operating Procedures
• Complete all chat logs
• Update customers profile into computer
• Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service
• Able to quickly locate user problems and provide solution
