This role focuses on providing responsive, accurate, and friendly customer support through non-voice channels including email, live chat, and social media platforms. You will play a key part in delivering excellent service and maintaining customer satisfaction.

  • Answering an Incoming chats and Respond to Email
  • Handle Customer Inquiries by Chats
  • Provide Customers about Product and Service Information
  • Identify and Escalate Priority Issues
  • Documenting All Information According to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Complete All Chat Logs
  • Updating customers profile into computer
  • Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service
  • Able to quickly locate user problems and provide solution
