A global customer service provider seeks a Customer Service Agent fluent in Japanese for their Jakarta site. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries through chat and email, ensuring effective communication in both Japanese and English. Candidates should be fresh graduates or High School graduates with relevant customer service experience. This position requires 24/7 shift availability, including weekends and holidays, with competitive salary and benefits.

Requirements
Fresh graduates are welcome!
High School grads with CS BPO experience
MUST speak Japanese (N2-N1 level) and English B2 minimum
Communicative
Can handle multiple tasks and manage time well.
Willing to work in 24/7 Shift including Weekend and Public Holiday
Willing to place in JAKARTA
Answering an Incoming chats, call and respond to Email with Japanese Language.
Handle Customer Inquiries.
Provide Customers about Product and Service Information.
Identify and Escalate Priority Issues.
Documenting All Information According to Standard Operating Procedures.
Complete All Chat Logs.
Able to quickly locate user problems and provide solution.
