About the role

We are seeking a talented Customer Service & Document Export & Import professional to join our dynamic team at PT. SINAR CAKRA BUANA' in Surabaya, East Java. This full-time position is crucial in supporting our import/export and customs operations, ensuring seamless customer experience and efficient documentation processes.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Preparing and processing all necessary documentation for import and export activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Liaising with customs authorities, logistics providers, and other relevant parties to facilitate the smooth flow of goods and information
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases related to export and import activities
  • Assisting with the implementation of process improvements and contributing to the overall efficiency of the department
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in import/export regulations and best practices
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar customer service or import/export documentation role
  • Strong understanding of import/export processes, customs regulations, and documentation requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in administrative tasks
