Responsibilities

• Service Auditing: Conduct Mystery Shopper visits to dealerships and compile detailed assessment reports.
• Quality Analysis: Analyze Mystery Shopper scores to identify solutions that drive quality improvement.
• Cross‑Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Training teams to address and meet customer needs.
• Develop and implement strategies based on quality data to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.

• Education: College Degree (D3/Bachelor's) or equivalent.
