Customer Service Team Member

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service team member to join our dynamic agency. This role is ideal for an individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills who enjoys assisting clients and can adapt quickly to the property industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clear and friendly information about our property listings and services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handling.
  • Assist in scheduling property visits and following up with clients after viewings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends and property values.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communication in the CRM system.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, patient, and professional attitude when dealing with clients.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is an advantage.
