Job summary

Your role will include following up with customers, maintaining CRM data, and achieving sales targets. Experience is welcomed but not mandatory. Responsibilities

  • Consult with customers online and persuade them to visit the store.
  • Handle customer sales for products after online consultation.
  • Follow up with customers who have not ordered.
  • Maintain and update CRM data in a timely manner.
  • Sign and register orders and follow up with customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain corporate image.
  • Execute daily operations under the sales manager's guidance.
  • Resolve customer service issues on the spot.
Job description
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for customer consultation on the Internet, inviting customers to visit the store and achieving performance targets
  • Responsible for the sale of products to customers who consult on the Internet
  • Responsible for following up on customers who have not ordered and inviting them to visit the store
  • Responsible for timely statistics and updates of CRM data (have experience with CRM are preferable)
  • Responsible for the signing and registration of orders
  • Responsible for the follow-up of orders, and the contact, communication and confirmation work with customers at all stages
  • Responsible for customer reception, corporate and product introduction, explanation, recommend photography packages to customers, according to the characteristics of customer demand, to provide customers with the best product package program
  • Responsible for the follow-up of orders, and all stages of contact with customers, communication, confirmation work
  • Consciously maintain the corporate image and company interests according to the company's professional service process to provide customers with a high level of one to one service
  • Executes the day-to-day operations of the Korea Artiz Studio Bridal store under the guidance of the sales manager
  • Addresses customer service issues in the store and work to resolve all issues following the Grey Zone Guidelines without escalating to sales manager if possible, addressing issues in the moment
  • Drives achievement of customer service/satisfaction goals and standards
  • Achieve designated sales target and maintain customer relationship
