We are the Indonesian team of Ppeum Clinic, one of Korea's leading beauty clinic brands, now expanding into Jakarta. In addition to opening our first premium clinic in Indonesia, we’re also preparing to launch a new Korean-inspired cosmetic line—starting with sunscreen, moisturizer, cleanser, and sheet masks.

We’re looking for a Customer Service with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and experience in a clinic or hospitality environment. As part of our front‑office team, you will handle client inquiries, manage appointments, coordinate with medical staff, and maintain accurate client records to support seamless clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone.
  • Provide accurate information about clinic services, treatments, products, and promotions.
  • Assist clients with online reservations, scheduling, and follow‑up communication.
  • Record and update client information in the CRM system accurately.
  • Coordinate with in‑clinic staff (doctors, therapists, receptionists) to confirm appointments and ensure smooth service flow.
  • Handle client concerns or complaints politely, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain service quality and uphold clinic standards in every interaction.
  • Support administrative reporting and data entry related to online inquiries and bookings.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in online customer service, preferably in a dermatology, aesthetic, or healthcare setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus).
  • Familiar with using chat platforms, call systems, and CRM software.
  • Fast learner, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a digital environment.
  • Professional, friendly, and patient when dealing with customers.
  • Willing to work without a shift system.
  • Domiciled in Jakarta or willing to be placed in Jakarta.
