Customer Relationship Management Consultant

Our client is a Japanese consulting company seeking a Customer Relationship Management Consultant.

Responsibilities
  • Be part of the consulting team and deliver projects that enhance clients’ customer relationship management strategy, helping them build stronger customer engagement and drive business growth.
  • Support the team leader in sales activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations for CRM-related projects.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on client’s sales, marketing, and customer service processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop innovative ideas and insights to help clients design their future CRM strategy and digital customer experience roadmap.
  • Support CRM system implementation and configuration (Salesforce), ensuring smooth adoption and alignment with client’s business goals.
  • Collaborate with clients from diverse industries such as retail, manufacturing, financial services, and technology to deliver customized CRM solutions.
  • Work closely with internal and client-side teams to ensure successful project delivery, user training, and post-implementation support.
  • Other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (a reputable university will be a plus).
  • Business level in English.
