A leading customer service company in Jakarta is looking for a customer service representative to be the main point of contact for customers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive field, and be adept at managing customer inquiries and complaints. This role emphasizes timely communication and accurate information delivery regarding services and promotions.
Serve as the main contact point for customers through various communication channels (in‑person, phone, email, chat). Provide accurate information about services, promotions, warranty coverage, and maintenance programs. Ensure timely and professional responses to all customer inquiries and requests. Register, track, and manage customer complaints in accordance with company procedures.
1–2 years of experience in customer service, public relations, or after‑sales roles—preferably in the automotive industry. Experience in handling customer complaints and service follow‑up processes is a plus.
