Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Customer Relation Division located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Customer Relation Division will be responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include providing outstanding customer support, addressing customer inquiries while offering products, resolving any issues or complaints, maintaining positive client relations, and gathering and analyzing customer feedback to improve services.

Qualifications
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to maintain positive client relations
  • Proven experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to gather and interpret customer feedback
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Maintaining relationship while marketing or sales
