Job Summary

Responsible for clearly defined, low complexity, local projects or part of a larger project & emphasis on project execution.

Your role

• Customer facing Project Manager initiates, plans, and executes commercial projects for external customers.
• Creates agreements on and achieves project objectives, balancing schedule, cost, quality and requirements, engages during pre‑sales working with stakeholders and leading teams.
• Initiates, plans, executes, monitors, and controls all project work.
• Creates and manages project baselines.
• Supports pre‑sales activities.
• Manages risk throughout project life cycles.
• Builds communication and reports project progress regularly to stakeholders.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders.
• Leads and manages the project team.
• Records and distributes lessons learned from all projects.
• Delivers scheduled project outcomes through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

You're the right fit if

• Proven experience in meeting commitments and/or serving a leadership role within project execution.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English and managing relations with operational representatives of customers.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management (experience in healthcare industry an advantage).
• Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Strong leadership focused on achieving collective/team goals and able to cooperate & communicate with various stakeholders.
• Profound knowledge and application of Project Management methods according to PMBOK.
• Highly preferable: Project Management certification (PMI‑PMP, PRINCE2, or equal).
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Capability to perform a structured problem‑solving method.
• Able to operate PM tools/software (at minimum: MS Project).

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office‑based teams, this means working in‑person at least 3 days per week.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
