ASTRO, Indonesia's rapid-delivery company, is seeking a Customer Growth Marketing Controller Excellence Associate to analyze performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to improve operations. Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship, academic projects or organizational experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Strategy, Consulting or Analytics is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving with an interest in interpreting data to generate business insights.
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and report preparation; exposure to SQL or BI tools is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot) and willingness to leverage them to improve productivity and analysis.
• Attention to detail, curiosity, and eagerness to learn; good communication across teams.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.

About the Role

As a Customer Growth Marketing Controller Excellence Associate, you will support the team in analyzing business performance, preparing reports, identifying operational improvement opportunities, and strengthening business processes. Through hands‑on experience and mentorship, you will develop strong business analysis, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills while learning how data drives business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

As an Astronaut, your responsibilities are:

Requirements

To be An Astronaut, you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or other related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Internship, academic projects, or organizational experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or Analytics is a plus.
