What You’ll Do
  • Provide timely and helpful support to customers via live chat.
  • Escalate priority issues through the right channels.
  • Assist customers with basic technical issues using provided scripts.
  • Meet performance targets set by the company and client.
  • Collaborate with your team to continuously improve the customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in any field (GPA ≥ 2.75).
  • Strong English skills (written & spoken) - tested in recruitment.
