If you have strong communication skills in Bahasa Melayu, excellent English proficiency, and a passion for helping customers, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will support the customers, provide guidance, resolve inquiries, and deliver excellent customer service while working closely with international teams.

Requirements
  • Native or fluent level of Bahasa Melayu (spoken & written).
  • Experience in Customer Service & Contact/ Call Center is a must!
  • Intermediate English skills acceptable.
  • Experience studying or working in a Bahasa Melayu speaking environment, or experience communicating with customers/communities from Malaysia, is a plus!
  • Education: minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
