We are looking for a Customer Expert (French AND Dutch Speaker) to join our growing team in Bali!

If you have strong French & Dutch communication skills, excellent English proficiency, and a passion for helping customers, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will support French-speaking customers, provide guidance, resolve inquiries, and deliver excellent customer service while working closely with international teams.

Requirements

Native or fluent level of French AND Dutch (spoken & written).

Intermediate English skills are acceptable for this role.

Experience studying or working in a French or Dutch-speaking country, or experience communicating with French AND Dutch customers/communities, is a plus!

Education: minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.

Experience in Customer Service & Contact Center will be highly valued!
