Job description
Main Objective
To source and secure remote job opportunities for GPA talents who have completed training and received validated DiSC personality assessments, by strategically matching talent potential with remote workforce demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and manage partnerships with companies (both local and international) that offer remote job roles.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of remote job openings across industries (digital marketing, customer support, data entry, etc.).
- Match job opportunities with each talent's personality (DiSC type) and skillset.
- Draft and present collaboration proposals for project-based roles or full-time remote positions.
- Coordinate closely with the training team to track talent readiness and with the psychology team for insight-driven talent profiling.
- Follow up on placement success and evaluate the quality of each job match.
