Belawan Port is the largest port and gateway to the economy on the island of North Sumatra. PT Belawan New Container Terminal is owned by PELINDO and INA-DP World commenced its operation on January 12, 2024. It is an international container terminal to support the smooth flow of international trade on the island of Sumatra. Our key emphasis is to improve the level of work safety at the terminal as well as efficiency and improvement of operational performance gradually.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Representative at PT Belawan New Container Terminal, located in Belawan. The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for handling customer support inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves communicating with customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Diploma / Bachelor degree from reputable university
  • 2-3 years' experiences in terminal, shipping, and logistics preferred
