The Curriculum Development Administrator for IBDP provides strategic oversight for the design, coherence, and implementation of the IB curriculum while ensuring strong academic standards across subject groups. This role offers direction and guidance to school, supports the delivery of high-quality inquiry-based learning, and ensures assessment practices and programme documentation consistently meet expectations.
Working closely with teachers and school administration, this position influences academic priorities, drives curriculum development initiatives, and strengthens collaborative planning across departments. It also leads programme-wide improvement efforts by analyzing student learning data, shaping professional development, coordinating key IB processes, and supporting the continuous advancement of the school’s programmes.
