Overview

We are seeking an experienced Curriculum Coordinator to lead the development and implementation of our Preschool for Kids program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational program design and execution, focusing on early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive curriculum design for the Preschool for Kids program, including levelling and main curriculum guidelines.
• Plan and implement content creation, such as placement tests, course planning frameworks, class activities, and worksheets/books.
• Assist an architect in designing the school layout.
• Establish hiring and training processes for teachers to ensure a qualified and motivated team.
• Manage class scheduling and day-to-day learning centre operations for a smooth and efficient learning environment.
• Maintain a high customer satisfaction rate as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Student Renewal Rate through continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and growth teams to develop marketing strategies and events to promote the program.

Qualifications
