Posted today. Full‑time, part‑time remote co‑founder opportunity at Sejati Technologies, an Indonesian startup focused on using technology and economic‑driven models to empower communities and improve lives. The company is pre‑product‑market‑fit, validating the market, problem, and solution space, with the goal of building an MVP and serving its initial niche users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture and development of the MVP (back‑end and front‑end); shipping fast, accepting some technical debt where needed.
  • Design and manage a scalable relational database such as PostgreSQL.
  • Build and maintain the backend logic and cloud infrastructure, including Docker, Git, and continuous integration.
  • Oversee basic SLA, security/compliance, and DevOps practices.
  • Coordinate or delegate to freelance developers, interns, or future hires as needed.
Qualifications
  • 5–8 years of hands‑on software engineering experience, including some leadership.
  • Proven track record in building and shipping full‑stack products (SaaS, CRUD apps, PWAs).
  • Comfortable with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Flutter.
  • DevOps‑savvy with cloud infrastructure, systems/workflow design, and API integration.
  • Experience with payment gateways (Stripe, Midtrans, Xendit, etc.) and logistics APIs (Grab, Gojek, JNE, etc.).
  • Optional: Fintech or e‑commerce experience.
  • Willing to allocate 7–10 hours per week.
  • Integrity, a strong moral compass, and leadership potential.
