Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Indonesia seeks a CSA Field Coordinator / Inspector to monitor civil and structural works on data centre sites, ensuring compliance with drawings and standards.

You will inspect progress, verify materials, prepare reports, review ITPs/NCRs, and coordinate with consultants and contractors while upholding safety and local codes.

• Monitor and inspect civil, structural, and architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Ensure construction activities align with the project schedule, method statements, and technical specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress and quality reports.
• Verify material deliveries and ensure they meet project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
• Review and approve inspection test plans (ITPs), non-conformance reports (NCRs), and close-out documentation.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, fire safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent
• 1- 5 years of experience in civil/structural inspection, preferably in high-rise or mission-critical projects like data centers.
• Able to read and understand related construction drawing and method
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent English communication and reporting skills
