Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Berawa for a Crew Operator. The Crew Operator will be responsible for managing crew schedules, coordinating crew changes, overseeing crew logistics including travel and accommodations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate records, managing communication channels between crew members and the company, and providing support for crew welfare and performance.
