Job Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage contract signing, assist with equipment delivery, and collect insurance and warranty documents after delivery
• Conduct on-site credit investigations, analyze client financials, and prepare credit risk reports for internal approval
• Manage rent collection and overdue cases, coordinating with law firms and external agencies to recover equipment when necessary
• Prepare business and financial analysis proposals in English
• Analyze financial statements, ratios, and business flows to support credit decisions
