A digital innovation company in Yogyakarta is seeking to fill a KYC position responsible for verifying customer data and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks. Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and at least one year of relevant experience in KYC or call verification. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary. The role requires adaptability to shifting schedules and attention to detail in all processes.
Verify and validate customer data and documents in accordance to company procedures.
Conducting due diligence processes to ensure the validity of customer identities and information.
Ensure KYC records incorporate local regulatory requirements.
Responsible for handling issues that arise and following up to help reach a resolution.
Identify and report any suspicious activity or data.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
Have minimum 1 year of experience and knowledge as KYC or Call Verification.
Have a good understanding of regulations and business processes in a financial institution.
Good attention to detail, motivated, and strong analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
Positive attitude, flexible, proactive, self-motivated and detailed oriented with strong sense of responsibility and able to work individually.
Willing to work shifting.
