As Creative Marketing Manager, you will be the right-hand to our Head of Marketing (based in Dubai) by bridging global strategy with local execution.

You will manage creative projects, coordinate campaigns, and lead a small team of designers, content creators, and social media specialists. This role requires both creative vision and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy & Brand Direction
  • Translate Heveya’s brand vision and “Sleep Wellness” strategy into creative campaigns that feel authentic, elegant, and human.
  • Oversee concept development for photoshoots, video content, campaign visuals, packaging, and in-store materials.
  • Ensure all assets align with Heveya’s premium yet natural aesthetic across global markets.
Project & People Management
  • Act as the project lead for creative initiatives: setting timelines, managing workflows, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Supervise Bali-based creatives and freelancers (designers, photographers, content creators).
  • Coordinate cross-country marketing tasks to ensure alignment among the Global Head of Marketing, local marketing teams, and showroom teams.
  • Maintain Asana/Slack boards for creative project tracking and approvals.
Content & Campaign Execution
  • Drive end-to-end creative campaigns: concept, shoot, post-production, and launch.
  • Support product launches, retail activations, and brand collaborations in Bali (e.g., resorts, wellness events, influencers).
  • Ensure each campaign has measurable KPIs and brand alignment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, creative production, or brand management (ideally in premium lifestyle, wellness, or hospitality sectors).
  • Proven project management skills and comfort leading a small team.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Experience with creative software (Adobe Suite, Canva) and marketing tools (Asana, Meta Ads, Google Workspace).
  • Fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a strong plus).
