We are seeking a dynamic individual to join Horizon’s F&B brand to leads company's creative direction and brand identity, overseeing campaigns, content, and team management. Ensures consistent, impactful brand presence across all channels while driving consumer engagement and supporting business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative vision and execution of brand campaigns across all touchpoints.
- Safeguard and evolve Dapur Cokelat’s brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Translate marketing briefs into creative concepts that resonate with consumers and strengthen brand positioning.
- Oversee creation of campaign assets for product launches, festive seasons, collaborations, and retail promotions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, and Retail teams to ensure creative output supports sales objectives.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire the in-house creative team.
- Oversee workload prioritization, workflow management, and timely delivery of creative projects.
- Ensure all creative assets meet brand standards, are consumer‑centric, and drive measurable impact.
- Continuously explore design trends, consumer insights, and industry best practices to keep Dapur Cokelat relevant and differentiated.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 6–8 years of creative/brand design experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role (preferably in FMCG, F&B, retail or agency).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful creative campaigns, branding, and content work.
- Experience managing creative teams and working cross‑functionally.
- Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
