Job summary

Ultra Voucher is seeking a Graphic Designer Intern to support marketing across digital channels. You will design visual assets, create campaign KV, and ensure brand consistency across social media, emails, banners, and in-app placements.

You will develop engaging content, contribute ideas for campaigns, and produce motion graphics and videos for tutorials and promotions. This 6-month internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh Grad or Experience in Graphic Design, preferably in Marketing, Digital, F&B, or E-Commerce industry.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or other relevant design tools.
• Strong skills in Key Visual (KV), social media design, campaign design, video editing, and motion graphics.
• Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, color, branding, and digital content trends.
• Able to develop creative concepts and translate marketing objectives into engaging visual communication.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and collaborate effectively with Marketing, Product, Business, and Operations teams.
• Available to join for 6 months internship program

Responsibilities

• Design and develop visual assets for marketing campaigns and ongoing brand communications.
• Create compelling campaign Key Visuals (KV) and adapt them across multiple channels, including: Instagram Feed & Stories, In-app banners, Website banners, Email marketing assets, Push notifications, vouchers, and other digital placements.
• Organise and maintain creative asset libraries for efficient team usage.
• Develop engaging visual content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Contribute creative ideas and content concepts related to campaigns, promotions, merchant highlights, and social media trends.
• Create motion graphics for campaigns, social media, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Produce and edit tutorial videos, including: Merchant App usage tutorials for cashiers, Merchant onboarding tutorials
• Design creative materials for offline marketing activities and events, including: Booth and event branding, Flyers and brochures, Tent cards, Standing banners, Stickers, etc
• Adapt branding alongside partner guidelines, including platforms and logos according to partner standards.
• Support broader marketing initiatives beyond design responsibilities when needed, participate in campaign brainstorming and activation planning.
