Job description

Job Purpose

Formulate and implement Real Estate strategies and develop plans to perform and support activities to deliver a range of integrated real estate services under the CRE policy and service catalogue, and develop and continuously optimize real estate portfolios in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies

Responsibilities

1. Implement leasing plans and processes for lease acquisition, lease renewal and lease re-gearing of real estate assets/ portfolio
2. Plan, organize and deliver leasehold solutions in accordance with established timelines and budgets
3. Analyze and develop leasehold budgets for incorporation in the annual budgets
4. Engage with appropriate division representatives to determine real estate requirements, reach agreement and ensure delivery in line with expectations.
5. Negotiate lease transactions and agreements, and approve lease agreements with Business Units’ customers and potential customers
6. Formulate lease agreements for Business Units’ customers and potential customers
7. Evaluate alternative options to satisfy business new office and warehouse strategy.
8. Incorporate CNB initiatives and minimum requirement for new lease.
9. Support to develop and administer CRE Commercial programs and processes to maximize the value of the organization's real estate portfolio with a vision toward the proper and best mix of properties in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies
10. Implement business processes for assessment of the current and projected performance of real estate portfolios and opportunities across all key business lines (commercial, industrial, logistic space, bare land, etc.) in the country.

Requirements

1. Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Real Estate and or Urban Development and or Architecture and or Civil Engineering and or Business Administration and or Finance.
2. Certification of related discipline
3. Experience more than 5 years in Industrial and Logistic Property Leasing and or Development, and or Industrial Portfolio Management, and or Property Management, and or Facilities Management
4. Minimum 3 years in specialized area of Industrial and Logistic Property Leasing.
