Kandidat akan berkoordinasi dengan tim CPC, CIT, dan pihak terkait untuk kelancaran proses, memastikan akurasi data, dan menjaga kepatuhan terhadap SOP serta standar keamanan yang kami anut.

Job description

Menginput dan mengelola data operasional cash processing (cash in/out) ke dalam sistem.

Melakukan pencocokan (rekonsiliasi) data fisik uang dengan sistem.

Memelola dan memverifikasi dokumen operasional (manifest, BA, dll).

Menyusun laporan transaksi dan operasional secara harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.

Berkoordinasi dengan tim CPC, CIT, dan pihak terkait untuk kelancaran proses.

Memastikan akurasi data dan kelengkapan administrasi.

Menangani selisih data (discrepancy) dan melakukan eskalasi jika diperlukan.

Mengarsipkan dokumen operasional dengan rapi dan aman.

Memastikan seluruh proses administrasi sesuai SOP dan standar keamanan.

Mendukung kebutuhan administrasi operasional CPC lainnya.
