A logistics company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a candidate to manage daily and weekly hub operations, ensuring driver availability and compliance with SOPs. Candidates with 2+ years in logistics management and strong leadership skills are encouraged to apply. The role involves troubleshooting delivery issues and maintaining records of operations.
Ensure the daily to weekly capacity of a hub by driver availability and the hub itself.
Ensure the daily, weekly, and monthly evaluation of hub(s) by monitoring and analyzing hub(s) performance and doing quick recoveries to ensure the performance is maintained by troubleshoot delivery delays, customer complaints, and order discrepancies in real time. Liaise with Customer Experience and Warehouse teams for coordinated resolutions to deliver the best customer experience.
Build relationships with driver-partners to ensure good collaboration between Sayurbox.
Ensure the implementation of SOP in the hub(s) and last‑mile operations proceed effectively and ensure all drivers and partners comply with Sayurbox’s SOPs, safety protocols, and documentation requirements.
Maintain records of partner contracts, incident reports, and delivery logs.
