Responsibilities
  • Manage 2W Courier operational costs to achieve targets and ensure accurate reflection in reports.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify root causes, solve operational issues, and build scalable process improvements.
  • Ensure accuracy of 2W Courier payroll in alignment with policies and timelines.
  • Act as Project Manager for initiatives related to 2W Courier operations and efficiency enhancement.
  • Ensure Minimum Courier Leads needed are provided for Courier Hiring Funnel.
Requirements
  • Min. Bachelor’s degree from any Engineering, Business, or any other related study.
  • 1 - 3 year experience as Operations/Process Improvement, Data/Business Analyst, and Project Management.
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholder.
  • Exceptional communication skill and interpersonal skill.
  • Advanced on Spreadsheet/Excel and Slide making.
  • Able to manage end to end project From Ideation to Execution.
  • Have a good data & documents organization.
