Country Marketing and Communications (Channel Marketing)

We are looking for a new colleague in our Marketing Team for aftermarket business at our location in Jakarta.

What you can look forward to as a Country Marketing and Communications:

Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital (social media, email, SEO/SEM, content marketing) and traditional (print, events, partnerships) channels.

Analyze campaign metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, ROI); generate reports to share with stakeholders and adjust strategies based on findings.

Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and timely execution.

Regular market visit to identify customer needs, competitor strategies, and industry trends; use insights to refine target audience profiles and campaign approaches.

Manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and optimize spending to maximize ROI.

Support lead generation efforts, including managing email marketing workflows, landing page optimization, and lead nurturing campaigns.

Monitor brand reputation online, respond to customer inquiries or feedback, and elevate issues as needed.

Performs other duties as directed.

Your Profile as a Country Marketing and Communications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

3–5 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive parts industry.

Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content across different formats and channels. Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner.

Familiar with photography and relevant skills.

Preferred experience in one or more of the following areas:

  1. Automotive parts industry media especially in Lubricants, Tire would be preferred.
  2. Automotive industry.

Knowledge of the Indonesia and the Philippines's market dynamics, cultural differences, and consumer behavior. Understanding of the automotive industry and its trends and challenges.

Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content for diverse audiences.

Computer skills – command of Microsoft Office programs, Photoshop as a plus.

Analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw insights from it. Experience with data analytics tools and techniques, such as Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, and marketing research tools.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
