Job Summary:
As the Country Manager of bTaskee Indonesia, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the business operations in Indonesia. This includes strategic planning, business development, team leadership & operational efficiency. You will act as the main representative of bTaskee in the country, ensuring alignment with the company's regional goals while adapting to the local market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability in Indonesia. Align country operations with regional and global directives from HQ. Provide regular market and performance reports to the CEO.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and services. Expand customer base through effective marketing, sales, and local partnerships. Analyze market trends to anticipate business needs and challenges.
- Team Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, Customer Support & Tasker Management. Build a high-performance culture through coaching, development, and motivation. Ensure collaboration, communication, and coordination across departments.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across departments. Maintain high service quality, customer satisfaction, and tasker experience. Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key representative for all government, partner, and vendor relations. Represent the company in public events, media interviews, and community engagements. Provide market insight and feedback to product teams to ensure successful localization. Collaborate with tech and product teams to implement and improve services for Indonesian users.
Qualifications:
- Male/female, 25 – 45 years old.
- +7 years of experience in Marketing, business operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong track record in leading teams and driving business growth in Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Background in startup, tech, or service industry is preferred.

Get to Know the Team
You will part of Indonesia finance organization within the controllership department. You will reporting to Head, Country Controller. The department is responsible for all controllership and accounting matters including but not limited to accuracy and compliance of financial statements, and be a strategic finance partners to the various business, tech, product teams. The department handles accounting matters on all business lines including mobility, delivery, and financial services. The department also partner with finance teams across the region, auditors, and regulators. This position will be onsite at the office in Jakarta

Get to Know the Role
The role will focus on finance services including lending, payment, and insurance but will also have exposure to other business lines. You will be directly reporting to Head, Country Controller and onsite to our South Quarter, Indonesia office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Responsible for the financial statement accuracy and compliance for lending, payment, and insurance from both entity level and management reporting view
- Present financial statement and various analysis of the business including flux analysis to Indonesia CFO and other business leaders
- Responsible for all external financial reporting including to regulators such as Bank of indonesia and OJK.
- Accountable for various key financial matters including disbursal, expected credit loss, write-offs, recoveries within the lending business
- Be the the finance business partner, collaborating with business, various finance departments (eg; Financial planning, treasury, tax), tech, and product teams
- Lead the finalization of audited financial statements for lending, payments, and insurance entities.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Experience:
- Minimum 7 years in accounting/finance, preferably in banking, insurance, P2P lending, or multi-finance.
- Prior experience as an external auditor is a strong plus.
- Proven track record in managing multiple stakeholders (business teams, regulators, auditors).
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong experience with accounting software Oracle is a big plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and present insights clearly.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (CPA, CA, ACCA) is a big plus.

- Membuat proposal, presentasi, dan negosiasi kontrak dengan calon klien.
- Memastikan pencapaian revenue sesuai dengan target perusahaan.
5. Coordination & Reporting
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim operasional untuk memastikan pengiriman cargo berjalan lancar.
- Memberikan masukan untuk peningkatan layanan dan efisiensi biaya.
- Menyusun laporan perkembangan bisnis, pipeline klien, dan peluang baru untuk manajemen.
