Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute the long-term business strategy for Indonesia, aligning with IronFX's global vision and objectives. Drive business planning, performance monitoring, and decision-making for sustainable growth.

Business Development

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand IronFX's market share. Lead initiatives to enhance client acquisition, retention, and brand visibility.

Operations & Sales Management

Oversee all local operations and sales activities, ensuring strong revenue performance and operational excellence. Establish and track key performance metrics to achieve business objectives.

Team & Talent Management

Build, lead, and inspire a high‑performing local team. Foster a results‑oriented culture and attract top talent within the financial and fintech sectors.

Relationship Management

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and government or regulatory bodies. Represent IronFX at industry events, conferences, and media engagements.

Market Expertise

Qualifications & Experience

Extensive experience in Business Development, operations, and Sales Leadership, ideally within the Financial Services, brokerage, or Fintech sectors. Proven track record of leading teams and managing P&L in a dynamic market environment. Strong understanding of Indonesia's market, culture, and regulatory landscape. Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability and an entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Full Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
