Job description

We are currently hiring for a Costing Manager that will be based in Bekasi area. We’re seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Costing Manager to join the finance team and support data-driven decision-making through accurate and timely product costing and analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain standard product costing for all manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs; perform variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
  • Support pricing decisions and profitability analysis by providing accurate cost data.
  • Manage inventory valuation and ensure accurate reporting of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
  • Lead month-end and year-end closing activities related to costing and inventory.
  • Maintain and update the fixed asset register, ensuring proper capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and disposals.
  • Coordinate physical asset counts and reconciliation processes across departments.
  • Monitor asset utilization, support CapEx planning, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Engineering, Operations) for accurate BOMs, routings, and asset tracking.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in costing management in a manufacturing environment as manage is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, inventory control, and fixed asset accounting.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and good communication skills.
  • Able to work cross-functionally and lead improvements in costing and asset-related processes.
