Company Overview

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze costs to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
  • Control purchasing and inventory, including procurement of raw materials, stock management, supporting items, and company assets.
  • Conduct routine stock opname / inventory checks and reconcile actual data versus system records.
  • Calculate and report Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), production costs, margins, cost variances, and prepare cost reports and internal financial reports.
  • Develop and evaluate budgets, including Capex/Opex when required.
  • Coordinate with the finance and accounting departments.
  • Prepare regular cost control reports, variance analysis, and provide recommendations for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Accounting or Management).
  • Prior experience in cost control, accounting, or budgeting—typically 1–3 years or more.
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and proficient in working with numbers and data.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems and financial software.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with other departments for data alignment and workflow efficiency.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
