Job summary

PT Kitoshindo International Biotech is seeking a Calibration/QA specialist to ensure measuring instruments are calibrated and compliant with SOPs and GMP. Based in Mojokerto, East Java, you will support audits and manage calibration schedules.

The position requires a Diploma or Bachelors in a related field, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team, with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma/bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in QA, calibration, or cosmetics manufacturing is preferred.
• Good understanding of measuring equipment calibration and calibration scheduling.
• Familiar with QA documentation, SOPs, and GMP implementation.
• Familiarity with Cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practices (CPKB) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all measuring instruments and relevant equipment have valid calibration status.
• Manage and monitor internal and external calibration schedules.
• Review calibration certificates and calibration reports.
• Ensure calibration documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with procedures.
• Follow up on equipment approaching or exceeding its calibration date.
• Support audits and investigations related to calibration deviations.
• Ensure calibration activities comply with company SOPs and quality system requirements.
