Job summary

PT Shangyang Technology Indonesia is seeking a Product Business Development Manager - OEM/ODM Cosmetics & Beauty to join our sales and new business team in North Jakarta. This full-time role focuses on identifying and developing opportunities with beauty brands and distributors requiring manufacturing and development solutions.

You will build and manage a robust pipeline, lead strategic partnerships, and collaborate with product, QA, and operations to ensure seamless delivery while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Knowledge of OEM/ODM business models in cosmetics and beauty sectors.
• Proven track record of identifying and closing new opportunities and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new opportunities in cosmetics OEM/ODM market segments.
• Develop and maintain a robust client and partner pipeline through prospecting and networking.
• Conduct market research on industry trends and customer needs in beauty/cosmetics.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations to OEM/ODM partners.
• Negotiate terms to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Build long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product development, QA, and operations for seamless delivery.
• Monitor sales performance and report on BD activities and results.
• Attend industry trade shows and events to generate leads and opportunities.
• Support strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen market position.
